Timeframe in which we accept returns

You may refund or exchange your product within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your parcel has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility - Circumstances for Refunds & Exchanges

Once a product is ordered, it can't be cancelled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if it fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective or not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page. We don't take any responsibility if the address entered on the checkout page is incorrect. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care.

Invalid Reason For Refund / Exchange:  

We will not be held responsible for a refund if the product description is misunderstood or misread.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Instructions

If you need to return an item, send us an email at support@dublinteacoffee.com for approval and instructions. Email us with the reason you require a refund. If item is damaged, not functioning properly, or not as described upon receipt, please email us with pictures and videos immediately. Do not ship your product to us without email approval and instructions. Please email us prior to sending any parcels for approval, and we will confirm the return address. If we approve a return, please send product to the international address provided in the email.

Cost Of Shipping Return  

You the buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you have requested an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refund Time Frame - When Can you Expect Your Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up up to 14 business days from the time we receive your returned item to review for refund judgement.

If you are approved for refund, we notify you, and your refund will be processed- a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing from your credit card issuer or bank takes  3 to 7 business days after we issue the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Credit card companies and banks often have their own processing time before they post a refund.
